Client FAQ

Direct Placement Fees: Are based on a percentage of the employee’s annual salary and are payable after the employee’s start date. These fees are subject to partial refund if the employee is not satisfactory.

Temp-to-Perm Placement Fees: During the trial period clients are billed at an hourly rate for the employee. If the client decides to offer the employee a permanent job, the client will pay a percentage of the employee’s annual salary, with partial credit for payments received. Payment is due after the employee’s start date as a permanent employee. 

Temporary Placement Fees: Clients are billed at an hourly rate for the employee.

We utilize direct hire search skills such as active recruitment, networking, and referrals. We have an extensive database of excellent candidates.

We check academic credentials, past work experience, and relevant licenses.  For temporary workers, we conduct reference checks and background checks within the bounds permitted by each jurisdiction and as requested by the client. If required by the client, we conduct foreign language testing. We can also help the client obtain the information they need from candidates to run conflicts checks.
